Complaints

Effective from 18. 9. 2026 · Invoice Slovakia s.r.o.

This complaints policy supplements the terms of Mirage Cabine and is issued by Invoice Slovakia s.r.o., Stummerova 1941/6, 955 01 Topoľčany, company ID 52456536.

1. What a complaint is

A complaint is how you claim for a defect in the service. You may complain in particular if a try-on was not charged and no look was created, if a payment was taken without the service being provided, or if the service fails for a technical reason for which the operator is responsible.

Dissatisfaction with the aesthetic result of artificial intelligence is not a complaint. As the terms say, the result may not be perfect and may contain inconsistencies. You agree to this nature of the service by using it. Such a difference is not a defect and is not a ground for a complaint, a refund, or the return of used credits.

2. How to complain

Send the complaint by email to info@miragecabine.com. Include:

  • the name and email of the account,
  • what you are complaining about and when it happened,
  • the payment number or a description of the purchase, if it is about a payment,
  • what you propose as a solution.

We send an acknowledgement without undue delay. We deal with the complaint within 30 days. We tell you the outcome by email. If the complaint is justified, we remove the fault, provide the service again, add a credit or return the payment, depending on the nature of the fault.

3. Withdrawal within 14 days

A consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, under Slovak Act No. 102/2014 Coll. For credits you have already used for a try-on, this right ends, because you asked for the digital service to be provided immediately. For unused credits you may withdraw within the period by email to info@miragecabine.com.

You may use this model: Addressee: Invoice Slovakia s.r.o., Stummerova 1941/6, 955 01 Topoľčany, info@miragecabine.com. I give notice that I withdraw from the contract for the purchase of credits / a subscription to Mirage Cabine dated …. Name, address, email, date, signature (if on paper).

4. Authorities and out-of-court disputes

The supervisory authority for consumer protection is the Slovak Trade Inspection, Central Inspectorate of SOI, Bajkalská 21/A, 827 99 Bratislava, soi.sk. You may also file a submission with the inspectorate for the operator’s place, the SOI Inspectorate in Nitra for the Nitra Region.

If you disagree with how a complaint was handled, you may turn to an alternative dispute resolution body under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. SOI is such a body. The European Commission’s online dispute platform is at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

A privacy complaint is handled by the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.
