Privacy

Effective from 18. 9. 2026 · Invoice Slovakia s.r.o.

This document is the information required by Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data.

1. Operator

Invoice Slovakia s.r.o., Stummerova 1941/6, 955 01 Topoľčany, company ID: 52456536, tax ID: 2121038436, Obchodný register Okresného súdu Nitra, oddiel Sro, vložka č. 48573/N, email: info@miragecabine.com, web: miragecabine.com.

The operator has not appointed a data protection officer under Article 37 GDPR, because the legal conditions for doing so are not met. For privacy questions write to info@miragecabine.com.

2. What data we process

  • account identity and sign-in data: email, a hashed password, and a name if you give one,
  • service data: credits, subscription, purchase history, cabin settings,
  • photographs of a face, a figure and clothing that you upload for a try-on, and generated looks in the gallery,
  • technical data: IP address, cookies that are necessary for sign-in, and the date and time of a request,
  • payment data to the extent processed by Stripe; the operator does not store the card number.

We process photographs of appearance in order to provide the virtual try-on, not to identify a person uniquely with a biometric system. We do not do profiling that produces legal effects.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • opening an account, try-ons, credits, a subscription and support — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract),
  • accounting and tax duties — Article 6(1)(c) GDPR (a legal obligation),
  • securing the service, preventing misuse and pursuing legal claims — Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest),
  • sending a photograph to generate a look — Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; if you upload another person’s likeness, you must have their consent.

We do not send marketing newsletters without your consent.

4. Who receives the data

  • Stripe, Inc. and related companies — payments,
  • the provider of the artificial-intelligence model — processing a photograph to create a look,
  • the hosting and email provider, to the extent needed to run the service,
  • public authorities, where the law requires it.

Some recipients may process data in the United States. In that case an appropriate transfer mechanism under Chapter V GDPR is used, generally standard contractual clauses.

5. How long we keep data

We keep account and gallery data until you close the account or delete it in the service. Accounting records are kept for 10 years under the accounting rules. Technical logs are kept for a short time appropriate to operation and security. Photographs uploaded for a single try-on are processed to generate the look; a look in the gallery stays until you remove it.

6. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Send a request to info@miragecabine.com. We reply without undue delay, and at the latest within one month.

You may complain to the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic, Hraničná 12, 820 07 Bratislava 27, dataprotection.gov.sk.

7. Cookies

The site uses necessary cookies and similar technologies for sign-in, securing the session and completing a payment. These files are needed for the service and do not require a separate consent. We do not add third-party marketing or analytics cookies beyond that. During payment Stripe may set its own files under its own rules.

8. Security

Access to the account is tied to a password. The connection uses HTTPS. Photographs are for the try-on; we do not publish them, except for content you yourself place in a boutique window.

9. Children

The service is not intended for children under 16, within the meaning of Section 15 of Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll.
